Shipping

Delivery across Ukraine is handled by:

• Nova Poshta — branch, parcel locker or courier to address
• Ukrposhta — branch, parcel locker or courier to address
• Delivery — to a branch for bulky orders

Timing & terms. Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Transport cost follows the carrier’s rates.

Every piece gets reliable brand packaging to minimise transit damage. Please inspect the item on receipt at the delivery service.

Payment

Individuals

• Cash on delivery: cash or card at the carrier branch after inspecting the goods.
• Online on the site: Visa / MasterCard, Apple Pay or Google Pay via payment acquiring.
• IBAN transfer: direct transfer to the sole proprietor’s account.

Companies & partners

Bank transfer: pay against an issued invoice. Full supporting documents for accounting are provided.

Warranty

We provide a 3-year manufacturer warranty: no obvious wear when placed outdoors for three years.
