Public offer (distance sales contract)

This public offer is an official proposal by sole proprietor Plysiuk Vitalii Vasylovych (FOP) (the Seller) to enter into a distance sales contract via the online store topiarum.com (Topiarum brand).

2. Subject

The Seller shall transfer to the Buyer decorative artificial-grass figures / topiary and related goods; the Buyer shall accept and pay for the goods on the terms stated on the website and in this offer.

3. Ordering

Orders are placed via the website cart or by phone / email. An order is confirmed when the Seller accepts it for fulfilment.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in UAH and may change until the order is confirmed.
Payment methods: online card / Apple Pay / Google Pay; cash on delivery with the carrier; bank transfer to the Seller’s IBAN; invoice for legal entities.

5. Shipping

Shipping across Ukraine is via Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Delivery or another agreed method. Dispatch is usually within 1–3 business days. Shipping cost follows the carrier’s rates unless stated otherwise.

6. Returns and exchange

The Buyer may return unused goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days of receipt if appearance, completeness and packaging are preserved.

Goods with a manufacturing defect are replaced or refunded.
Used goods, goods with signs of wear / damage caused by the Buyer, or goods without original packaging are not returnable as goods of proper quality.

7. Warranty

Topiarum figures have a 3-year manufacturer warranty against obvious wear when used outdoors, subject to care instructions.

8. Personal data

By placing an order the Buyer consents to processing of personal data (name, phone, email, delivery address) to fulfil the contract and communicate about the order.

9. Acceptance

Placing an order and/or paying for goods constitutes full acceptance of this public offer by the Buyer.
